I have Toby insured with Healthy Pets, they are under written by AXA, have just renewed with lifetime cover up to £5000 per condition for less than £100.
Haven't claimed yet but feel that I have a good deal, worth looking at.

rang them and check my schedual, I only have to pay 50 excess, when the dog reaches 9yrs old its 50 excess or 15 per cent which evers the greatest.
