I will give some serious thought to this, but not sure about the drive. Is just over 10 hours for me. Is Inverness the nearest airport - may look into flying instead. Is this feasible - how far from the airport is this place?

Yes Debbie, Inverness is nearest.
Will you bring the kids, or just you, I ask as Aberdeen is near me and I could collect you if that is a cheaper option.
