Hi Donna

We recently used your fathers dog, Xan on our bitch Coral, only last week infact. What a stunning dog and further more what fantastic people they both are.

I do not have Geds email address as I was going to ask him if he had any photos of Xan. I like to add photos of both parents to the pedigree (keeping fingers crossed that our bitch takes!) Hoping to keep a bitch to work so would be great to have a litter.

I would be grateful if you could forward this email to Ged, or if you have any photos maybe you could forward them to me.

Many thanks and please send your father our best wishes.

Regards

Gem and Danny Hubbard

I know this is an old post - but I wondered if anyone had any info on what Styleside Xanadu is actually like (in terms of temprament?)

And - if someone also knows Grangemead Pedro and can tell me more about him too?

I have found a bit of factual info on both of them, and some stunning pictures - but am just interested in anyone anyone knows from actually having seen them in action?

I am not sure you will get anyone to comment on a public forum where the owners of the dogs can read what has been said, and understandably so.

Your best bet is to arrange a visit to Dorothy Walls-Duffin and Ged Leeson to see the dogs in the flesh I would have thought.

Di Stevens (Diana on here) has used Grangemead Pedro on one of her bitches and might be able to give you some info also.

Ah yes, I hadn't thought about that! Am sure you are right about people not wanting to write.

Thank you!

I suppose positives are OK! Grangemead Pedro.... excellent businesslike stud dog, substantial but fit, hard lad. produced me very active, very keen, very biddable puppies who are now 2 and a half and continue to be thus.
The dog i kept is possibly one of the most driven dogs i've ever had and is possibly one of the best dogs I've ever had to put on a runner. They also have stable, happy, gregarious temperaments!

Di

Thank you! I ask about Pedro because my dog is by Pedro and I have always wondered what his is like as had only seen a picture. My dog is as you describe yours!

Widget, Xanadu is a steady dog, good at picking up. I'm not sure about his trialing prowess.
I bred his sire and can vouch for the working ability of that line.
As suggested I would contact Ged for any more detailed information. if you want any contact details PM me.
