As part of the big national sponsered walk for Many tears rescue, i am arranging the Birmingham sponsered walk on 27 January
Its a great place to walk and we can a fun GT and raise money for Many Tears Rescue at the same time. Why don't you bring along a doggie friend, they don't have to be members of LF.
Here is the link to the venue, its a great open space and even somewhere for the dogs to swim.
I logged on while at work today, trying to find out what your secret is/was. Is this it, cos I can't find the thread now. And if so, is there one in the northwest area? Sorry to be a plonker.
You can count me in already PM'd tammy for a sponser form.
i go up every weekend anyway so may as well do it for a good cause for a change.
which gate? what time? which walk are we doing?
oh all excited.
i will PM rachel and Hooch to see if they can make it.
Helen & charlie not so pup
Oh maybe you could help me with this one then Helen, as i have only been once (and got lost ) , so which is best gate to meet, it would be great if the gate could be near a car park and somewhere to get something to drink after the walk.

Well town gate will be our best option, i have a map for a 6 mile walk which i haven't done as yet but will happily test drive the walk. parking can be fun at town gate but i can organise the best place and their is a pub and a cafe.
Failing that banners gate has the best parking, i'm sure the walk can be picked up from any gate and their is a pub a couple of minutes up the road from this. so which ever you think would be better.
My DH reckons town Gate would be better as this is the offical start of the walk and with the cafe & pub on site it will be easier for all.
oh and i have also been very lost round sutton park a few times, this was before i got my map though so i should be fine now.
I would love to bring Puds on this walk, but feel six miles would be far to long for him, would anyone object to a three mile walk, or if you feel brave you could always do the three miles twice
Let me know your thoughts.
