I am about to do the same thing - VERY unhappy with all the changes to M&S, and a huge price rise as well, they can get stuffed, I'm going elsewhere!!!
Thinking AXA too, aren't they the underwriters for the old M&S policies?

yes Ness they are, and I have cancelled my M and S policy today, Axa seem to be really good and am saving a fortune each month and the excess is less than M and S new policy! I am feeling less scared today!lol I had someone who knows about insurance check axa out and she said it seemed good! Laughing

I'm going with Halifax which I believe is underwritten by AXA, for some reason it's cheaper for me to go through Halifax than AXA directly though Confused

I am thinking of changing one or two of mine to AXA and plan to put any new additions onto a policy with them. I have two with Petplan and one with M&S and share the same concerns re the M&S policy. As do quite a few other dog owners I gather.
