If she is from good working lines her temprament will be to be calm and steady and willing to sit/lie for long periods. If she is getting enough good food, and exercise, is gaining weight well and thriving I would not worry and count your blessings lol.

I dont call my Jet 'Easy-Jet' for nothing. Laid back and horizontal 23/7 fit quite nicely thankyou!!!!!!! I have to be very careful with his food to stop him gaining a porker waistline!

My Harvey sleeps when we are out then when we get home he is ready for action. He follows me everywhere, he is my shadow. I have stepped on him so many times.

I have met pups that are so laid back they barely move. Harvey was not one of these pups!!!

brodie is pretty lazy for the most part. when i take him outside he normally just lays in the grass. he will play a little if he sees me playing with kira. i was talking to a friend about him and she made a comment about him being an active working breed, i said actually he is pretty laid back..he lays around most of the time. she started laughing and that's not normal. lol
