Hi all
The vet says that the results came back and are 'unconfirmed' as a Lepto strain known to them. So it seems like Holly had an unknown strain. They tell me she definately had hepititus and all I keep asking myself is, 'why did I bother vaccinating my dog' when she developed Hepititus (that she was boosted against) and Lepto (that she was boosted against).
I just don't know and I feel I'm not being told. A fit and healthy dog does not die of nothing.
Thanks for all your kind words. Holly would have licked you all.
Wendy x

Wendy, I don't know how I missed this, but I have read through the thread and I am so sorry for your loss.
Holly was a beautiful girl. It is a sad fact that sometimes in certain situations we get fobbed off when we want answers.
Now, I am not saying this is the case here, but, if you have any doubts or gut feelings that everything is not adding up, I would demand to see Holly's records and test results.
I know this will not bring Holly back, but, it may take away some of the uncertainty when you see results and reports first hand.
Meanwhile, I am thinking of you. Here is a big ((((((HUG)))))
