Just a quick question. Which insurance company does everyone use? We used Sainsburys with Oliver and are unsure if to stay with them or switch to another one.

Thanks

I use AXA for my two - It works out really cheap for the two of them. Plus I get staff discount which makes it even better Very Happy

Well we insured Maggie with M & S who were very good back then, but since then they have done away with the nil excess and when I got a quote for Flynn it was very expensive so I insured Flynn with More Than who were very competitive and with excellent cover too.

We use petplan and have the platinum insurance, which we figured would be worth it with all the training we do, and boy has it paid off! We have paid about £85 for around £3,000 worth of vets fees in Indie's case Shocked Have never claimed for anything for Tau as yet and fingers crossed we never will, but peace of mind is priceless.

I use M & S. have always been very happy with them and they have paid out claims quickly and efficiently.

I have just read for recent renewals and new policies that if you need to contact a vet when the surgery is closed, you are supposed to ring the M & S 24-hour number first and talk to a vets ... Mind you if my dog had a serious problem I would still ring the vets first ....

I used to be with Petplan but their premium and excess shot up when my dog reached 10 years old...
