plush last all of 10 secounds if it squeaks its dead in 5 secounds..lol..
vinyl ooo 11 secounds
rubber there not keen on but will throw them at me if needed..lol.
apart from the kong now that is brilliant i have had the black kong for about 6yrs now and its still like the day i bought it the red one has gone awol somewere..lol.
oh and another rubber one the knobblybobbly?? now they have chewed the rope of it but the knobbly thing itself is intact and chew free
rope toys last about 10mins then they get shredded
rosze has a tough vinyl/carpet squeaky ball but this is her outside ball so its lasted longer than if i would of had it in the house.lol.
im not sure if having 2 labs fighting over the one toy that shortens the toys life or that are just basically rubbish and not lab proof ...lol..
Keira loves any toy, so long as it squeaks She was so good with her first ever toy, her duck, which she had for 2 1/2 years and it was in full working order and "alive" until the little bear Lana killed it Keira was beside herself with grief
Eliza has never been a toy dog, doesn't chase sticks or balls I have tried and tried with her but she really doesn't want to know.
Now Lana so long as it belongs to someone else, she isn't fussy
I think Midas has met hs match in the form of a solid plastic barbell thingy !!! He had been knawing on it for about half an hour and only managed scratches
Alfie likes plush but i can't leave them with him unattended coz i'm worried he'll destroy them and eat it
His most fav though are my friends dogs toys, he LOVES going round there and playing or should i say destroying her toys
Billy loves any toy so long as someone will throw/kick it for him to chase and bring back.... a leaf will even do or a tiny piece of stick
The soft vinyl ones don't last 2 mins in our house esp if they squeak.. Alfie likes to chew them and he'll even swallow them to stop anyone else having them
awwwwwww zak love loves his fluffy duck, it absolutly hums now but its his and he aint parting with it, he also loves his rubber bone , kong, he has a leather case ball which he has chewed a hole in and we fill it full of all he bits and bobs and keeps him quiet for ages trying to get them out, and he love a good old chew on those synthetic bones you can buy,
Wicca loves everything, so far she hasn't destroyed anything that belongs to her!!!! (My stuff is ok to trash though).
She loves running about with her plush toys and shaking them. Hard plastic like her frisbee she likes to "dig" in and chew as squeeky things always get squeeked at the most important bit in a film and are great fun

Heres our experience of toys:
Rubber ones last approximately 5 minutes - Jet chews and spits the rubber out.
Footballs-Manages to tare off the case and get to the plastic part.
Cuddly ones - lifetime 3 minutes per item the stuffing is accessed and then scattered everywhere.He looks so funny when a piece sticks to his nose.I only buy charity shop ones, in our case you are throwing money down the drain buying ones from pet shops.But he does like to carry the empty body around.Especially if you enter the room he will automatically grab one and parade around the room with it.
Rope toys - shreds in minutes, very fiddly to pick up bits.
Squeaky toys - the squeak is sought and Jet wants to chew it, which I grab and put in bin before he chokes.
Black Kong - Amazingly still in one piece. Red One lost ??.
Nyla Bones, Teething Rings, Rawhides - Untouched no interest whatsoever.
Small Tyre - The only toy Jet has never destroyed !!!. It is a proper tyre not a toy one.He rolls on it, flings it round.The best thing ever.
Sticks - If unable to find one on the ground tares branches off trees.Proud as Punch if he pulls off a large one.
Milk bottles & lemonade bottles - Loves them but makes so much damn noise playing with them.
Ball in a pair of old tights - Gets very excited, carries around, flings about, accesses ball then destroys it.But process takes about 15 mins. The only downfall is when he sees my good tights that I intend to ware he thinks they are his !!!.Which is great when you are trying to get ready for work !!!
