I was laying in bed the other night trying to get to sleep and thinking about the different toys Corbie has and which he prefers.
What toy material do your labs prefer?
Corbie loves plush toys the best - his toy box is overflowing with weird fluffy creatures
He has a few solid rubber toys, but has hardly touched them. He likes squeaky vinyl ones, but prefers to gradually eat them - except for his squeaky hammer which he likes to get out and start squeaking when we're watching something on the tv
I do have a 'toy repair' section in my office, where the plushes get stored until I get around to stitching them back up again, and again, until they are beyond repair
Lucy likes plush with a squeak and latex best of all, she does like squeaky vinyl toys sometimes but she doesn't like vinyl balls. Lucy has a rubber frisbee and a cuz ball but i don't think she likes the long very loud SQUEEEEEEAAAAKKKK
Ok this will sound quite strange and you may think i'm mad...but the company who makes the small latex balls with faces on are slowly changing the material they make them with. Lucy just doesn't like this new material its harder than the latex... i think its a vinyl mix but loves the soft soft latex that they were made of

I just went to the pet shop today and was torm between spening £20 on one indestrctable toy or a carrier bag full of cheepo's ...I got the cheepos ,lets see how long they last at 75p each Mainly rope or hard otys tho as squeeks are dead in seconds
Bo prefers plush for bringing to you as a pressie, also to lay his head on when he sleeps on his bed and comfort licking His other favourites are anything that is squeaky that will suffer a long slow lingering death until it barely puffs air.
