So, after a bit of time away from here, I thought it was time to try for another Cornwall GT.
The last meetup at Seaton beach, apart from the torrential rain and high winds, was great. What about somewhere like Colliford lake for the next one?
Dates and venues are totally open to discussion but preferably late November / early December?
What does everyone think? Last edited by Steve_P on Sat Dec 08, 2007 4:49 pm; edited 1 time in total

Yes we could be interested in that. There was a thread in gen lab chat about one last month but timing was bad for most people, there were a few interested though.
I didn't know Colliford was dog friendly but it is a great location for us, very easy to get to. Bea is now old enough for a bit more of a run around and I think her and Shadow are around the same age so they may have some fun together

I think the lake is fine but the kids bit are a bit funny about hounds. Must have missed the one last month. Will have to have a look at that.
Ok, that's 2 of us then. Any more????????????? Go on, you know you want to.
Go on Mary, get your tent down here

My Sister & me are coming down to Cornwall soon, I'll keep my eye on the dates you come up with and see if we can make it the same weekend.
I'll only have one pooch with me though, probably Angel.
If we can't make it, we'll call for a visit to Polperro and say Hi to you and Shadow.

Sounds like fun. I'll have a chat with mum and if she has a new car by then, hopefully we can come! I do however have terrible nightmares over how Clodagh will behave lol. I have no doubt recall and manners will go right out of the window, she is a good girl normally, honest

Ideal, if you know the dates you'll be down, maybe we could work around them?

Manners? Recall? At a GT? On Bodmin moor? Would anyone care? Go on, go for it. If the dogs were all perfectly behaved, I would be really concerned

Sorry Steve missed your post when I suggested Gwythian Beach.
Colliford sounds good. Busy this weekend (Waterfowl show and sale at Wadebridge CSG - I love being back in Cornwall!!). But we could probably make 1, 8 or 9 Dec.
