Can anyone tell me the difference between Frontline and Frontline Combo. I currently use Advocate but when gladys is fully grown it will cost me £30 a month on flea treatment. does anyone use the frontline that you can bury without prescription and if so, is it effective?

Lorna

We use Prac - tic as supplied by the vets....

Pets at Home now stock frontline and I was wondering if that might be cheaper???

It costs about £30 for 3 months including the wormer too

I've always used the Spot On Frontline, ever since it first became available......I certainly don't treat the dogs every month though and wouldn't unless I was taking them into Tick rich areas every day. I doubt I treat mine more than 3 times a year (spring, mid summer and autumn) and even though I have 3 cats as well (cats are well known for bringing in fleas) I haven't seen a Flea in years. Wink
