We had a big discussion on this one with both the trainer we are with and the fosterer, the trainer was set against it but told us to make our on minds up after seeing her, both kelly and I spoke at length with the foster 'mum,' tilly had been with her for several weeks and she doe's not doubt her temperament, the foster 'mum' has 5 children ranging from 4 to teenage. It is believed that she had been a family pet due to her figure when she was found and that she had not been abandoned long.

Well done for giving her her forever home. I wasn't doubting your ability to take her on just that as I said I wasn't aware rescue's were rehoming to young families. She has certainly made herself right at home judging by those photos's!! Laughing

She looks lovely Very Happy Welcome Tilly xx Love the photos. The hard work is worth it with a rescue - we've only had Sam about 8 weeks from rescue. Its been slow going at times and there has been issues but we are getting there - he has settled in so much.

aww well done for taking her in. She looks lovely, with a really sweet face. I am sure she will come on well with guidance from you and your family. I have a lab x collie too we got him after he was found as a stray but he was a lot younger approc 4.5 mths when we got him. Best of luck.

Enfield Dog Rescue, found her through dog pages. She is scared of the strangest of things like street bins, a caged rabbit, and a peg bag. We have had a little bit of scrapping yesterday between oz and tilly, she keeps taking all the toys off of him, and is jealous of him when he mooches over for a bit of a tummy rub and shoulder barges him away, on the flipside oz has been a little annoying towards her when she was trying to get some sleep.
We have invested in a nice new bed for her and a few toys, she has been sitting watching oz throwing his duck around and copying, she really has no idea about playing we've been out this morning and tried to get her to bring a ball back, she stuff's it in her mouth and runs back and forth after oz.
