Wendy, I have a Q about the Lost Labs tags actually, do you mind if I hijack?
I've PM'd "mommy" a couple of times but had no answer, and since you now have 3 of the lost labs tags then you oughta know how they work Smile

I was considering buying these tags for Ozzie's collars, but I'm not sure how they work.
Do I have to provide a heap of contact details and things to LL to have Ozzie's tags "registered" with them?
Like, if he were to get lost with one of these tags on, and the finder couldn't reach me on the number on his normal tag, so the finder then calls Lost Labs, what happens next? How do LL know that the black male dog found in Wigan belongs to me and not Sheila? How to LL know how to get in touch with me?
Or am I supposed to call LL as soon as I find that Ozzie is missing and provide them with my details then so that if they get any calls in the next few hours/days then they have my number to hand?

I just don't get how they work and I cannot find a post anywhere explaining them properly.
Please can you explain to the uninitiated like me?

G, thanks for the link, I knew they were on Ebay somewhere, I just don't know how they work... do you have them for your pair? Do you have to put your details into a database or something?
I guess what I am wondering is why you would get someone to call the LostLabs phone number... how will that reunite my dog with me?
