I had a practioner out to my horse, who is very suspicious of strangers and he really enjoyed it and was very calm. As far as dogs go I don't think it would be any different. It probably works for some and not for others. I wouldn't like to try it out, or anything similar without expert guidence as it would be so easy to get it wrong.

I have done massage on my dogs since the 1990s, think it is the same as TT and there is no way you can do it the wrong way.

Hi Jules, yes i did take pudsey to a couple of sessions and to be honest thats all you need to grasp the basics. Its great, and its not all about massage, its about finding the tense parts of your dog and finding ways to ease it. The session we went to would have cost £50 for a session (they last all day) nd would reccomend it, its great for pain, barking dogs, nervous dogs, all sorts of pain or behavour issues, is fab!

Well I got a book and I shall give it a go in the week. Very Happy

I shall try it on Tara first as she is very patient but has very sensitive skin, so it should be easier to find any sore/tense spots. I'll let you know what she thinks about it. Wink
