After crawling into bed around 3am this morning, with 3 of my labs who sleep in room with me. Tia, usually sleeps like a human, with head on pillow next to mine There was me, waiting on the sandman to take me off to pleasant pastures. then....... BANG, Tia jumped up and with her head right over my face, she sneezed. As if the snort wasnt bad enough, her head came crashing down onto me, a bullseye on the bridge of my nose, and this morning I am now sporting a very swollen, but thankfully not broken nose. And two lovely black eyes, which seem to be getting more purple every time I look in the mirror
Sorry Kay but I had to laugh - but on a serious note it sounds like you need to get some arnica cream or tablets to take the bruising away. It must be so sore. Hope you feel better soon.
Now Tia - I told you if you want the bed to yourself all you have to do is push Mum out of bed not batter her to pieces

This reminds me of hershey actually Breaking my hubbys nose... He was taking his trousers off and at the same time as he bent down hershey decided to jump onto the bed Hershey head to hubbys nose resulted in broken nose and a trip to A & E well you can imagine what they said when we both said the dog did it LMAO
lol thanks for the lack of sympathy folks . got the arnica cream Sam thanks. I had to go into West Cumberland Farmers this morning for Stable disinfectant, and the guy just said, 'you bin fightin with yer dogs?' hmm, he thought it was hilarious too
