My poor Hamster.... shes got a huge patch of wet eczema appeared on her neck, under her ear.... she's so stressed out by it and keeps trying to run away from it... its so sad. She's being good and not scatching but shaking her head loads, she's all panty and hot too. Crying or Very sad

Think it might be caused by the lovely Jade licking her lots.. she did similar to Shiney.... lovely but a bit too attentive!!

Have made appt for vet and have upped her Garlic and Veg tabs that she takes... tried trimming off the hair and bathing in salt water but she's flipping out and now wont even come near me..... my poor baby! Sad Sad

Poor Happy! It's so sore isn't it? Our old family dog used to get it all the time. Luckily it usually clears up quick though.
I hope she's feeling better soon! XXX

Thanks guys..!!! Wink As usual; the vets gave me a bag full of stuff... AB's, painkillers, cream and ear cleaner!!! Confused She also had 3 jabs while we were there and the most traumatic thing was when they tried to clip the area... OMG... Shocked my poor girl, 3 of us holding her down while she screamed and struggled... felt like the worst mum in the world... Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Luckily i'd managed to trim alot off yesterday... pleased to say she is much more settled now, even though it does look awful and is now about the size of my palm, my poor puppy is now fast asleep on my bed and I may even leave her in with me tonight instead of putting her in her crate, I'm sure she'd prefer to sleep in with Daddy Deeds and Uncles Rusty and Dylan anyway! Wink

Well she had a much better night than I did!!! Let her sleep in with me ( First time she's EVER been out of her crate!) and she had a lovely night of snoring, sprawled across my bed... which happens to be a single, so I ended up getting in all sorts of positions trying to accomodate her and then getting 'dead' feet where she was lying on them... Rolling Eyes The things we do for our pups eh?!!

She is now peering longingly through the baby gate cos she wants to play with Brysetta and Shine... I did let her out with them earlier but they all get so 'bitey' and Happy usually gets dragged round the garden by her neck... which prob wont do it any good Confused Brysetta the lump of a darling also has a penchant for eating poo and dont think that would do it any good either when he starts slobbering all over her!! Wink
