I remember something about differential dilation of pupils. Trying to think what it was. I remember someone asked me something.
A couple of questions for you.
Silly question, but shes not on any medication?
Are the pupils always different? If not, under what light conditions are they the same?
If they are the same under certain conditions can you replicate those conditions?
If you go in a darkened room, stay there for a reasonable amount of time, say 5 to 10 minutes, then put the light on and look straight into the eyes both pupils should be dilated. Are they?
Now, go for a decent walk in the daylight, say half an hour, so there is no eye closing or falling asleep. Now the pupils should have contracted. Have they?
What I'm trying to do is eliminate a slow reaction by keeping the dog in consistent light conditions for a long time.

Yes, I would do what John says as this will give more information to pass on to the vet.
The left eye (on the right of the picture) is not reacting to light, or is very slow at reacting to light and therefore, her vision may be affected in that eye when it happens.
It most definitely needs investigating, it could be something as simple as a mild irritation of the optic nerve and I hope you manage to get it diagnosed soon.
How long has this been happening? Does it tend to happen when she gets excited at all? (Like during play/waiting for food etc)
