Yep - that made me laugh after our conversation on Sunday!

Found one on Corbie this morning on his bottom lip and he was as good as gold when I removed it.

I use a tick remover tool. Can't remember what kills them if you don't have one of those. Im sure someone will know. Failing that, bring him over and I'll get it oot! Laughing

Laughing Laughing

How ironic Fiona Very Happy

Get a piece of toilet paper, get it between your fingers and twist it off, then roll up the piece of toilet paper with said tick inside after checking you got it all, you will see all it's legs, and set the toilet paper on fire and burn the bugger.

Failing that, go to Karens and she will get it Laughing

Hope you get the tick Fiona! If not, give me a yell, and I'll call on my bro - he's an expert and has dealt with load on his cat, Daisy......

Certainly looks like one to me!, do you have tic tweezers?, probably not if you havn`t come across them before.

I`d make an appt with the vets tomorrow and get them to show you exactly how to remove these evil little cratures, care needs to be taken so that the head isn`t left inside the dog.
