And Michelle did - and now I've ordered as well.

The range is fantastic - and you can get leashes to match (sadly I did!) the cost is reasonable and (although the goods have yet to arrive - but I DID only order WEdnesday morning!) the service is fantastic.

I placed the order just after midnight by the time I got up in the morning (about 7.30 am after I'd walked the dog) there was an e-mail asking me for the additional postage from the US to the UK - that was sent - and at 4.00 pm our time another e-mail was sent saying that the order had been despatched! now that is what I call service!!!

The lady who runs it is lovely as we have exchanged some e-mails.

So far I can thoroughly recommend them!

Oh no! Georgia that is awful - any idea of how long it will take them to sort themselves out? You could always suggest that if they won't do their job and deliver you'll go and collect it... I would be so cross....

I am so looking forward to them arriving! Which one(s) did you get?

I was trying to calculate how soon they'd arrive this morning... patient or what??!
