We need to get our Mini GT organised peeps as less than 4 weeks now.
Who can make it on the 30th?
Between us we can organise a small picnic
Loch an Eilean is a lovely place, quite sheltered if the weather wasn't it's best?

Fingers crossed I will make it - OH probably won't come, he'll probably go off up a mountain instead
Have done that walk once before (before we got Corbie) - there is a charge for parking, got this off their website: "For using the car park at Loch an Eilein, only three miles from Aviemore, there is a charge of £1.50 per visitor (£1.00 child, £4.50 family)."
Just hope the midges wont be bad as I heard Glenmore just up the road was awful a couple of weeks ago, little b*ggers!

I expect to be up that way in a couple of weeks as OH is on hols so we'll be doing a lot of hill walking.
Hoping most of the caravans and tourists will have gone by 30th as it took me 2.5 hours to get up there in an August before and I know I can do it in a lot less without those on the road, aherm lol
