Hi everyone! Hope you are all well, I haven't been around much recently due to the fact I'm looking after six 7 week old Springer pups (one of whom is coming to live with us )
Anyway, the reason I'm writing is to ask for some super strength 'no tumour' vibes for my darling Honey Bear. I've just noticed that she has a lump on her lip. I'm desperately hoping that it is an infected follicle or something equally benign but I'm not sure. Of course I'll get Pete to have a look at it as soon as he gets home (the benefits of a live in vet!) but any vibes in the meantime would be very appreciated!
I'll update when he's looked at it, fingers crossed it's nothing to worry about but I'm a bit of a panicker (despite, or maybe because of being a vet nurse for ten years!)
Thanks very much!

Awwww Lots of safe lump vibes coming Honeys way~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You know what they say about a little knowledge being a dangerous thing.....well when it comes to the health of our pets, a lot of knowledge can just send the brain into overdrive.
Try not to worry too much....Most lumps are innocent.

Lol, Jules, I know what you mean, I find alot of my nursing colleagues are the same as me in that respect! It's hard not to run your mind back over all the nasty lumps and bumps we see which of course throws you into immediate 'panic mode'
The lump is quite big, but sort of flat which is why I haven't noticed it before, Honey has had the odd histiocytoma before but this doesn't look the same, but we'll see.
Thank you for the vibes! XXX
