It was I who cheated at the sausage and spoon race and bought the good name of The 2007 LF GT Labraolympics into disrupute
I cannot live with this shame on my conscious any longer and so I am throwing myself at the mercy of the LF court and, Bernie-of-the-shorts - I grovel at you feet!
In my wretched defence, I can only beg you to ask yourself what would you have done if Zorro had eaten your sausage? Oh, the temptation of Bernie approaching so innocently and keenly from my right, holding her sausage proudly aloft of her. I admit it- I shoved her! <<gasps of horror run through the crowd>> And not only did I shove her, I wrestled her on the ground for her sausage and then claimed it as my own.
I wish for one other offence to be taken into account before sentencing:-
I voted myself that Bernie was guilty I know, I know...how low can she get you may well ask -indeed I have asked this of myself many a time in this last week.
Can I beg the Court for leniency as I have 4 hungry pups at home who depend on me to fill their food bowls twice daily and give them walkies and tend to their every need. Whilst I am most undeserving, my pups have done no wrong (actually, come to think of it...if Zorro hadn't eaten my darn sausage I wouldn't be in this sticky mess )
