Sue I sooo agree with you, wouldn't you think anyone would be grateful for the opprtunity to scan and be able to return to owner straight away - if nothing else it kept the books straight and the pounds clear....but clearly not....why put a pet in a cage and possibly PTS because they ' have not time ' to scan? Twisted Evil

I am still trying to get my head round this mentality, but have to say 3p had a case today where the police station was shut so the found dog was taken to one further away, who didn't want him either and passed him onto somewhere else.
Was only word of mouth, sites like this to browse, and volunteers that found out he had been found.....lucky pup and lucky owner

I do feel a huge shake up is needed

Anyway,

To digress - we continue to hope for more volunteers on lost labs, I am snuggling up with my girl tonight, but too many owners are going to bed not knowing where their beloved pet is. Can you imagine how that feels?

We at Lostlabs are so aware of this and do all we can to help.

We hope that more will join our worthy cause.

Have registered at Lost Labs, for Lab Alerts and replied to the recent email from Rhoni/Margaret. Hopefully all my info has been received.

I'm sure that all members will be more than willing to support this very worthy cause and well done to all those who devote so much of their time to this.

Lost Labs needs more members - the more that sign up, the more chance of reuniting a lost lab with their owner.

I'd be devastated if anything happened to my little pup - and I'm sure all the members of Lab Forums would be too, so please take a look.

Even if you can only do a little to help, it's better than nothing at all. Wink
