Stronghold will help with Tapeworm, but I dont think Roundworm, but I'll check. Advantage will also treat Sarcoptic Mange. And yes, the human version of Sarcoptic Mange is Scabies.

I see the adverts specificaly say Roundworm, although that is not as I remember it! Maybe they have changed their advert, or even the formulation!

I was told that stronghold treats roundworm, but not tapeworm.
