Following unfounded romours (yes Bernie!) that there may have been some underhand-dealings in this years Sausage and Spoon Race, I feel that I must defend myself against accusations (yes Bernie!) that all was not fair.
Therefore I hereby present my case.........
THE DEFENCES CASE:-
As in clear in this photo, I am giving Bernie some last minute refreshing of the rules. It can be clearly seen that Bernie is holding her hands up in an indication of innocence...but does that face look as honest as her body language fools us into believing...this is what you must ask yourselves............
Photo 2 demonstrates that I clearly make the better start - I spring into action like a young gazelle whilst Bernie is still trying to balance her sausage......infact, if I can ask you to look closer...her dog is still in a sitting position at this point in the race...
Photo 3- Aspertions were cast that it was I who knocked the sausage from Bernie's spoon after Zorro ate mine I hope that this photo, proves beyond all reasonable doubt, that I was attempting to reclaim MY sausage and Bernie is clearly intent on sabotaging this action
I think the evidence speaks for itself...........
Bernie..can you defend your actions? I thought not.....Case closed!
I notice Zorro was looking with intent at Bernie`s sausage while she was distracted!!, I also seem to remember someone eating your sausage last year Becs, I could be wrong though, I do know whoever it was it was before the race had even started!!
