I don't think I have ever been that wet fully clothed!!
Had a really great time though and I survived without Rolo actually dragging me on my bum in the mud, though she did try her best at times!
Was great to meet people I'd only previously typed at, although I wish I had made the effort to talk to more of you, the rain was not exactly conducive to geting to know everyone, so sorry if I didnt say hello.
And to those Id already met it was wonderful to see you all again, yeah even you Bernie
The photogragher was brilliant, I won a nice prize in the raffle (not surprising the number of tickets Bernie conned me into buying!! ) and Rolo had the supreme honour of last place in the dog who can't win anything else competition!!
Roll on next year .. maybe I'll be really brave and buy a tent!
May we say THANK YOU as well. We had a fab time despite the rain but it didn't put a dampener on the spirit on things. Diesel had that much fun that he slept from when we got back at 7 all the way till sunday lunch time. with out wanting a treat . It was really nice to meet everyone and put faces to the names. We are already getting ready for next year .
Yes thanks everyone for a great GT. Paddy was very pleased with himself after winning musical sits! Shame about the weather but everyones spirits kept the day bright enough. Thanks again! x
Hi, I have just got back from Lickhill Manor after the GT, we decided to stay an extra day , still more rain on Sunday but lovely and bright when we left this morning. I would also like to pass on my thanks to all the organisers, everything went really well. Had a great time with Katie in the Labralympics, she actually surprised me with the musical sits and her stay. I will try to meet more people next year.

Thank you all for posting on this thread, i haven't been on the net or LF due to no net connection since moving house 3 weeks ago, but now we're back on! (It's amazing how lost you feel without the net!)
It's great to come back on and read all the GT posts, and especially to read you all had a great time despite the awful weather! Wasn't it just terrible!
THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the GT a wet but wonderful day, not forgetting Rhoni & 3p who intially made many of the plans for the GT, including the venue and the scouts attendance. I think everyone thought the venue was a great one, and the scouts hot food went down a treat i know!
Hope to see you all again next year.. oh and don't forget your suncream!
