Just wanted to say Thanks to everyone who organized the day. We have a great day despite all the nasty evil rain! it was just ridiculous towards the end of the afternoon... almost horizontial rain!
Loved meeting everyone... there were people i didn;t get to speak to and say hello... mayb next time
Coal enjoyed himself... sorry if he got a bit barky at other dogs and tried to pounce on anyone... he just wanted to play and couldn;t understand why he was still on lead around all these wonderful labs!
so thanks again!
p.s did the raffle get drawn??? we left and got all about it until i found soggy tickets in jeans pocket when we got home

Yes, I too would like to add my thanks to everyone who organised the events and to everyone else who braved the weather and came along!!!! The day was fantastic.... me and the boys had a super time!!!!
It was great to meet loads of people too - although I must admit I didn't get to meet everyone, or some of the people I would have liked to
So, Hello, Nice to Meet You and Goodbye, Hope to see you again soon - to everyone who I didn't get chance to say it to!!!!!!!
I must say a special thanks though to Bernie and Dave (B's OH) - you know why xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

My 3 had a great time Am pleased and proud of the way they behaved especially MissMaggie who hasn't been around all those sites and sounds and coped wonderfully Was great to see Jake and Ida they all look so much alike and are so calm taking everything in their stride .........brilliant pups Lovely to see and meet people and their doggies
HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL WHO WORKED SO HARD TO MAKE IT HAPPEN
Thanks to everyone who organised the GT Bailey had a fab time meeting everyone his absolute highlight of the day was eating loads of carrots in the toy bobbing pool. We didn't get to say hello to everyone but hopefully will next year.
Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you!!!
Despite the rain we had a brilliant time. I thought the location was excellent and had all that we needed for a great GT.
I wish there had been a lot more time and better weather to ahve had the chance to meet more people - I keep seeing peoples comments aout the GT and thinking 'I didn't know they were there!' Next year I shall make more of an effort to get aorund to talking tp more people, as there are lots that I would have loved to have got to know better. Brilliant meeting Mands and her OH and the lovely Sadie!
See you all again next year,
Becs, Dave and the Gang
Got back at 4 this afternoon, think I left at about 11:30!!, 4.5 hours to do a just over 2 hour journey , (M6 was chocca and queue cautions at almost every junction from 1 to 19, no idea what the cautions were for though, cos there wasn`t queueing to get onto the m/way )
Almost fell asleep a couple of times, Cindy and CJ both slept all the way back apart from a pee stop and have now settled themselves on the sofa
My thanks also to all those whose organised things for the GT, such a shame the weather didn`t co-operate for us but had a great time nonetheless, although I have to say I was wet, cold and bl**dy miserable by the end , felt a lot better after a shower and a change of clothing.
Thanks to Stuart for doing my tent for me, its gonna be a bigger one next year!! , Kaye for sorting me out ticket and camping wise.
Also to Denise and Phil for their hospitality last night, was lovely to see Puds again and see that he`s doing so well after his latest op, poor lad thinks he can run about all over the place and I think gets a bit miffed when he`s forced to rest
The venue was great, having the field for allowing the dogs off lead was great, CJ had a swim in the river and soon adjusted to getting the ball as it floated downstream in the current
Mary, I will say this again, but I think CJ behaved really well over the whole time we were there. And can you say thanks to Cindy for being the doorman to our 'den'!!! She did a fab job and even told me off for entering a few times! hehehe
