Laughing I can ALWAYS hobble to me puter Laughing

The swelling seems to be going down, but its so painful to touch, its right on the top where my birkenstock sandal strap goes to give you an idea of place, which is where you bend your foot from...

there are many bones that can easily be cracked there Nat, its one of the most common places. may be best to get checked and x rayed just to be sure. (think wayne rooney, he cracked his last weekend when someone stood on his foot)

Arnica Gel is fantastic,if you could have got it on straight away it wouldl stop the bruising.It's very soothing too.
