Ok thurs night bbq...this is the list soo far...... 
the list so far is
Gazebo (fay and linzi and monya)
bbq's (Denise and Jackie, Fay)
tables - Jackie (caravan) Denise (caravan) and fay caravan
crockery and cutlery (whatever youve got)
pop for kids ?
wine for me and den ..i mean adults (hehe) ?
beer for dean phil..whoops slip up again i mean adults ?
chicken ?
salad and dressings (sonia)(jackie will bring toms) ?
burgers (denise)
sausages (denise)
steak ?
pork (jackie)
sauses and relishes (mary)
bread rolls (fay)
puddings (jackie x 4) each serves 8 or 10 portions
pastas (linzi)
potato salad (jackie)
coleslaw (jackie)
veggie meat ......is there any veggie coming?
corn on cob (monya)
butter and dips, pringles 5 french sticks (sonja)
pimms (linzi)
homemade bread (harriet)
fresh cream (jackie)
kebabs (fay)
fizzy pop, carrot sticks and dips (sonia)
we still don't have
chicken breast allocated?
rices?
steaks?
thats all i can think off but add more if you can think of anything I have missed (denise's quote) not mine?

Just bear in mind we have to sort before the gt in 4 days time
I'm soooo excited...caravan scrubbed and raring to go as we are

I have bought 25 plastci cups and 50 paper plates  Will bring burger relish, already cut in half coz I'm lazy rolls for burgers, salad and dressing (must bring plastic bowl!), can get fizzy for kids, and I will try to remember to bring some choc rolls and other sweet stuff
