I had two at the same time, many years ago, when both ex and I were competing, and neither of us would back down.
It was very very hard work, but the only saving grace was that as we both competed in agility in a addictively competative manner , we trained our own pup, and never at the same time.
You will find to stop the pups wanting to be together more than with you will be very difficult unless you can devote twice the time, 2 seperate training classes, seperate walks etc. One pup is much more fun in my opinion. HTH
