ok jules call me thick if you like but think about it for a min, you are going camping? you are taking an electric kettle?? do you have a hook up?? if not where you planning to plug it in?????????
LOL Sheila, Jules has prob booked a pitch with hook up, if not there`ll be others who have and willing to let her boil a kettle in exchange for a cuppa I imagine
LMAO Jilly no way, there's loads of wusses like us
Are you staying at the Travelodge?? Ooooh I hope so, I don't wanna be lonely at breakfast
Rach is staying at one, with Bernie I think, but not the same one as me.
And Leanne (Leapudding) is staying at a B&B nearby, there were no Travelodge rooms left otherwise she'd be there.
I used to go camping all the time in Aus, and I think I could still hack it here, but hubby put his foot down and said no way is he ever camping. His idea of roughing it is staying a 4* hotel
When we win lotto we'll have a Winnebago and then we can go "camping" with a flat screen telly, spa bath and 4-burner gas cooker
hhehehe no crate for Rubes - she slept between us last year with her legs in the air hehehe this year we bought her a single blow up mattress and are taking a blanket - we have a sewn in ground sheet in the bedroom bit of the tent so no escaping puppies
Stake is fab as when we are chilling and just sitting around ruby gets hooked to that and all is fine we put the stake in the centre of the tent (split ground sheet) and then she can wander - I have clipped together 2 halti leads this year so she gets a bit more freedom
Camping is brilliant - I was a 'nothing less than 5 star dwarling' kind of girl but getting up in the morning in the fresh air is fab - I think I am losing the plot
