Sorry, thought I'd added my location! Done it now though!

I'm in the North... Stockport. Would love a GT, and Charlie definitely needs more socialising! LOL Although we have met some great (and some not so great) dogs on his walks, I'm sure he will still benefit from more meetings.

*off to look at the other forums!*

Oh Stockport, yay, right near us then! You're in luck, I looooove GTs so we have them pretty regularly.

Here's one for all the family:
http://www.labradorforums.co.uk/ftopict-27100.html

And here's one which will be too long for Charlie, but if Tara still likes a good walk then maybe you'd like to bring her along:
http://www.labradorforums.co.uk/ftopict-28147.html

And of course we're having our annual GT in Worcestershire in August which you're welcome to come to, there is camping or you can just come as a day tripper, there is a whole forum dedicated to that and you'll find it here:
http://www.labradorforums.co.uk/forum-38.html

Hope to meet you soon!

Great! I'll check on those, I'm sure I will be able to make a GT even if it's not soon, one day I will make one.

Charlie is still only on 20-30min walks, Tara however doesn't go far either as she has developed an inguinal hernia that the vet doesn't want to operate on, together with her age means that we get 10 mins down the road and she's dragging me home again!

Look forward to meeting you all though!

That can be accomodated on most GTs... just need to check with the organiser etc. the other thing to do would be to rest Charlie the day before and day after to allow for any additional exercise on the GT day... Very Happy

I'm in Bredbury, just a short hop down the M60!

Will definitely try to get to a GT, after such a warm welcome from you all, I would be a fool not to!
