Think most breeders will wait until at least 7 weeks and only then let them go if they are doing really well and feeding well.

Most I know go around the 8 week mark, someone will hopefully be along to advise you who has more experience than me.

I had my 1st dog at 6 weeks, a cocker spaniel and looking back he was taken away from his Mum and litter siblings far too young Sad

Is there any reason why you want them away at 6 weeks?

It is possible to rehome pups at 6 weeks old, but it is best to only do that to experienced folk, with other dogs in the house, as the pups have so much to learn from playing with other pups/dogs at this age.

my bro suggests to give them next week coz they are messy ahehehe. they are placed in the office room with all the poo and urine, we did not place them in the cage.

i am worried, ahehehe! esp i am so attached with the pups already. maybe not all the pups will be given next week.

thanks for all your replies. i am still on a dilemma

Please wait till 7 weeks of age before giving any away. I know they smell and there is a lot of wee and poo at the moment but you do know that when you take the decision to breed a litter. So you have been very responsible and good breeders up to now, don't make the mistake of allowing them to go anytime before 7 weeks. It is a huge mistake if you do and could have long lasting effects.
