Hello my name is Sally and I am the very proud owner since Sunday 15th July of a very handsome and loveable black lab. He had only been here a couple of days and he had settled so well it was as if he'd always lived with us. He is house-trained, excellent in the home, almost impeccably behaved. Came with a bad cough (luckily no other dogs here) and woke us up at the crack of dawn for the first 5 days but it seems to be settling down now. He will be having his family jewels removed next week we hope.
He loves his toys and even better doesn't have to share with anyone. His fav at the moment is his cream teddy bear. I have discovered charity shops for his soft toys and have got a good collection for replacement as he rips them up. He is exceptional with my grandson but is a bugger on the lead when he see's other dogs. Of course with the cough I am keeping him well away from anyone else. He just wants to go play.
Ok will shutup now, I expect you can tell we love him already. Here are a couple of pic's of him (I hope).
p.s. Have noticed that there are a lot of lab owners who have got 'cream!' carpets. Are we mad? Laughing
