Ok, I know Den has a fab BBQ we can use (got any gas Den?) but depending on the numbers, does anyone else have one to bring? I have two foldup tables so thats that done.

So with that, we need to sort out who is bringing what food wise. I can bring the salad/pickles/beetroot type stuff if you like and I will bring some chicken portions too. We need bread and/or rolls.....meat.....etc

Everyone has to bring plenty of vino though Razz

Can`t really see why they shouldn`t allow them, as long as they are taken down at the end of the evening (provided there`s someone lft sober enough to do it Laughing Laughing ).

Would have been a lot better last year if there`s been a couple of those I think Smile

Reading the park rules i think you can put up a gazebo

3.2 Erecting of gazebos are permitted for temporary use during hot weather, but may not be erected permanently

i havent got one though...does any one else have one

Hi sonia,, I put a thread on a couple of weeks ago about the bbq's and food etc, but bless no one replied and I asked for numbers too..

All depending on no's etc depends how much I cook lol.

I do a fab coleslaw and potato salad, rice and pasta salad and puds and deserts too...I'm an excellent cook Laughing
