Hello fellow Get Togetherers! Very Happy

Some of you have been asking me about the rain & all the flooding that is taking it's toll on many places at the moment and what the venue for GT would be like.

I've just phoned the venue and i have been assured that although it's wet, they have no flooding and our area is set back from the river - so hopefully we won't require our canoes just yet!

If it continues to rain (where has our summer gone btw?) then i think wellies, towels & hot cups of coffee will be the way to go.. we will make the most out of it and get on with what we can ok.... don't let the rain put you of.. you never know it may just be sunny!

If you are one of the unlucky ones affected by all the flooding where you are living, our thoughts are with you - our neighbours across the road, their drain has just exploded and flooded their whole of downstairs! Not much fun is it!

Anyway - don't let the weather get you down, our GT will be full of sunshine whatever the weather. Wink

See you all soon,

Julie
