Hope it's OK for me to cross post this here.
Not far from me at the moment is a lost yellow girl. She is a 4 year old ex-breeding bitch who was adopted by her current owners from Many Tears Rescue 4 months ago. Lilly is missing from the Llanelli area of South Wales.
If anyone else is local then please help seach for her!!
Details are as follows:
Lilly was lost from a grass verge near Lidl in Morfa area of Llanelli and was later seen around Lidl area, then round Trostre shopping centre and Trostre works where she stayed for a couple of days. Owner visited the gypsy camps near there where people were very helpful and reported a sighting. A gypsy tried to catch her but no luck. She was the seen in Bynea area, then at Pwll near teh Bethel Church, and the latest sighting was on Friday night in Ashburton Road, Burry Port. She could be anywhere around Burry Port and Llanelli. Lilly is a rescue dog and ex-breeding bitch who has been with her owner for 4 1/2 months. She came from Many Tears rescue. Because of her previous limited environment she is afraid of traffic, loud noises and strangers and will probably only come to her owner and family. If anyone sees her - do NOT chase her but put down some food and call owner. This family has worked very hard to find her. They have told all the right people and visited in person the pounds and kennels.

Lilly was found today collapsed from exhaustion and unable to stand. She was lying covered in mud in the estuary when a fisherman found her. She was below high tide level, so would not have survived when the tide came in. He wrapped her in a towel and coats and called the number on her collar, and owner rushed to collect her and take her to emergency vet. The vet gave her injections for shock and antibiotics, and she is now recovering at home. She is thankfully not dehydrated and is eating well, just being allowed small frequent meals at the moment. She still can't stand up and is so traumatised that she does not recognise her people.
