M+S removing nil excess -- email recieved today

Please be advised the Nil Excess option is only available until
04.07.07 for
new Business Policies, which means if you have a Nil Excess for this
year,
it will not be available next year.

I hope this information helps with your query.

Kindest Regards

Nazia

Think they will lose a lot of custom next year when policies are due for renewal and this for those that have missed the cut off date.

Although CJ`s doesn`t start until 12th of this month and they`ve left the nil excess on for him.

BOOOO HIISSSSS - I just called them and they were very wooly but they are cancelling the option yes Twisted Evil

Such a clever campaign though as they came in very very very well and have gradually made the policy less of a good deal havent they one year premiums going up the next removing excess. BUT as I had RUby at the vets limping a few weeks ago then if I change companies she wont be covered for any lameness - catch 22 really *sigh*

I have just done a scan of other companies and cannot find any other with a zero excess policy Twisted Evil so tbh unless the premium shoots up I think I will be sticking with M&S just because of the pre existing condition issue.

Nooooooooooooooooooooooooo!

That's the thing, they won't lose that much business as anyone that has claimed runs the risk of not being covered for that condition by anyone else Twisted Evil
