M&S are fantastic Laughing

As well as paying for all Izzy's treament for her knee, they have paid for travelling costs to see the Specialist, and now....................

................................they have just paid out for my travelling expenses to take her for her hydrotherapy Shocked how good is that Question

I am VERY impressed with them Cool

3 cheers for M&S Laughing Laughing Laughing

Brilliant. We're with M&S and they paid out the full £7000 for Charlie's new hips. Never thought about the travelling expenses though Rolling Eyes

Oo hadn't thought about travel expenses!! Though with the way Rocky is going, I'm not sure we'll have enough cover left if the specialists decides he needs new hips next week!! Wink

Rach - I pay £205 for an annual policy for Ruby and it has a zero excess - so I claim for everything - as I said even just the £20 consultation fee.

have a look here http://www6.marksandspencer.com/pages/default.asp?PageId=app&Product=PI
