Personally I think this thread should be laid to rest. A poor innocent puppy has been purchased, unfortunately with no health checks and god forbid, no KC cert which seems to be more important.
If you were to take the papers issue to the small claims court, you would not win. A very small percentage of claims for false advertising are actually held up in court, and would cost you more to take action than you would gain. Your mother took the puppy advertised as being KC registered etc, but unfortunately for whatever reason, they were not. As I and many members have advised the health checks, which are apparently non existent, are far more important.
Yes, so your Mum is stubborn, she just wanted to go and get a puppy, so I cannot understand why all this paperwork issue is so important to you, apparently not your mother, as I am sure with your guidance she would have joined this site. So please think about that puppy, forget about papers, they are not important.
