Hello!

We are looking to organise one or perhaps two fun events for the day of the get together.

I would love to hear your ideas.. if you have any.. please pop them in this thread.

When posting, please remember venue, safety, finances and anything else.. lol!

My ideas so far include:

- Fancy dress fun run

- Fun footy (5 aside?) Perhaps against the Motorhomers who are having their rally same place same day! (Other half of field!)

- Labraolympics (not too many races just a few)

- Something for the kids

Your ideas welcome!

Hope to organise ASAP!

Oh - and any volunteers would be soooooo welcomed! LOL!

Thx

Julie
x

wave

- hunt the sausage (am thinking hay bales, sand pit or something here need to be able to fence off an area though or could work on lead too I guess)
- 100 yeard dash (corridor with that mesh stuff either side is how I have seen other dog shows do it as this has to be offlead)

Hi Again Everyone,

Once again, thank you for your input on this, it's much appreciated. Wink

************************************************************

So, ok - do we have any willing volunteers (1 or 2 perhaps) who would like to organise a bit of 'Labraolympics' ? Very Happy Very Happy

This has been great fun at the past two Get Togethers, and it would be a real shame not to have it again this year. Really hope someone would like to do this... please let me know soon ok. Wink Very Happy

**************************************************************

Monya - loved these ideas:

- guess sweet in jar??

- guess the name of the teddy??

If we provided the Ted & Sweets, would anyone be willing to sit on a stall and organise this? All proceeds would go to charity of course.. would be great fun i reckon!

Thanks everyone for all your ideas,

Julie

xx

Look forward to hearing from you... or someone re the above!

Going along Monya's lines, I could fill up a big jar of doggy treats/biccies and people pay like 50p/£1 to guess how many is in it and whoever is right wins it! (or whoever is closest) and of course I wont have a guess cos I would win Laughing Laughing
