Does anyone know if rawhide chews are fattening? Bailey has them every day and i dont want him getting fat but he really enjoys them. Thanks

I suppose just like everything else rawhide must contain calories. I would just keep an eye on his weight and if he starts to look too plump then cut down on the treats  .

My three have one everyday, and I've never noticed them put on weight with them. I would only give one daily though.

I also give Danny one or two chewy things daily - although they're not always rawhide - like the others have mentioned, just keep you eye on his weight and reduce his meals slightly if you think he's putting too much on...
