Hi!
Truly sounds, as Sam says, like a normal puppy playing, and learning.
Training classes will help but what will help more, at this stage, is if they do a puppy playgroup to start her off. She will get to play fight with loads of puppies and will start to learn about body language, when to stop biting and general doggy etiquette that will save her from unecessary misunderstandings and fights when she is older. This is all stuff that we can't teach them, doggy rules have to be learnt from other dogs, I don't want to be mean, but getting involved and trying to give her advice at this stage will probably fall on deaf ears. She really has no idea what is playing nice until the other dogs tell her!!
Older dogs are generally very good teachers, so I wouldn't ban her from playing with Kasey, but be ready to wade in when it looks like he needs a break. If he does tell her off, it will be a lesson learned!!
Good luck and do go to those classes, both the playgroup and the training that follows it are indispensable for helping make happy, confident, obedient family dogs. I would recommend making sure that the classes use the more up to date lure and reward based methods, go along without Truly and watch a couple of classes first to make sure.
All the best with little Truly
Oh yes, edited to add, go steady with GTs at her age, she should be on limited exercise whilst her bones and joints are growing so quickly. So you may need that back pack after all!!
