They are both "youngsters" who have a record of exporting to France which I why I approached them! Known to French breeders I have met who breed and show in France.
IMHO there's no excuse. If you have a website and publish an email address you must expect enquiries from all over the world, especially when you make a big point of promoting your dogs that are winners overseas and it's only polite to reply. One is even a member of tha same club as me !! They should think themselves lucky I ain't naming an' shaming!!
As far as I know (and having exported a dog myself ) it's an extra £55 for an export pedigree plus vaccinations and microchip which I would have expected, as a purchaser, to pay for anyway.

Nic, yes it is, and you know I am open to export myself, BUT many aren't not because of the £55 for an export pedigree but because its a lot less hassle for owners to come see their pups at 6/7 weeks and then pick them up at 8 weeks etc... plus everyone is aware that if a pup GOES abroad, whilst that is straightforward, if it needs to come back, it is absolutely not....
So yes agree, rudeness is a plague of our 'game' by non replies, but *if* they happen to have decided export is not for them, then you may get sidelined.
