i got mine from a wholesalers but most garden shops will sell them,

it goes a lot faster than that and spins round more but wouldnt have been able to film it without getting a soaking!

How about........

Get a medium plant pot, put a couple of bricks in the bottom to weigh it down, fill with soil and stick the daisy in?? lol might work...........


Or a parasol base, that has a screw bit in the top to keep it steady??
