Rolling Eyes

Last summer I suggested to the OH buying a 'garden' pool to help keep the dogs cool - in typical male style he suggested leaving it a while - and of course, hot summer = pools sold out with a 3 month delivery lead time Twisted Evil Rolling Eyes

After baking in Stoneleigh and Newport over the weekend (and seeing Nicola's pics) my mind trails back to the pool idea again - this time he is on board - so as he is on half day today, we order it, pick it up from the local store - come home and start assembling it.

In the time it has taken us to do all that (less than 2 hours) - the temperature has dropped by nearly 10C and it is now raining Twisted Evil Rolling Eyes DOH - hope I haven't jinxed what is supposed to be hottest UK summer in over 150 years Embarassed Rolling Eyes

Sorry, but the sun has been shining all day here in South Yorkshire, and the turtle paddling pool has been filled Razz However, I haven't been able to go outside to enjoy the sunshine 'cos of my bleddy masters degree and Danny was less than impressed with the paddling pool Rolling Eyes
