 I'm sure she will love him to bits, once she gets over the inital shock of having to now 'share' you.
It's funny how different they can be, Henry is a very sniffy dog also on a trail of some sort (think it's his working background), whilst Annie is obsessed with balls too, and Charlie is once min herding us all up (with his collie head) and the next running through all the hedges flushing the birds out (springer head).

Glad to here Rubes is becoming a socialite. Before you know it she might be even gobbling her dinner all up too.
