I was tidying up today & came across Bournville's Pedigree certificate & wondered if he had any relatives on here?

He's related on his Mum's side. Bournville's got the same colour eyes as Charlie!

[Hi! I've just registered on the site and seen your request for relatives. I bred Netherstead the Macallan and owned Tenvras Brier (she now lives with a friend in her retirement). I have a kennel page on the Champdogs website under my kennel name which is Netherstead and on it is a picture of Bentley(netherstead Oban) who is related to your Bournville.

Banjo's mum is also a Kenmilltri although there arent any other relations on the pedigree Rolling Eyes

Kenmill+++ is the prefix which the Kennel Club assigns to litters from breeders who do not have an affix.
Ken = Kennel Club
Mill = The millenium... e.g. the 200x years

I *think* it goes like this.... (but don't shoot me if I'm wrong!!)
Pups from 2001 were prefixed Kenmillone
Pups from 2002 were prefixed Kenmillto
Pups from 2003 were prefixed Kenmilltri
Pups from 2004 were prefixed Kenmillfore

So just because two dogs share the Kenmilltri affix doesn't mean they are related, or from the same breeder in any way, it just means they were both from breeders who didn't have their own KC Registered Affix (like Netherstead, or Wylanbriar, or Rocheby, or Poolstead, or Carpenny etc etc)

Oooooooh actually, now that I have thought about it some more, I don't think my explaination above is quite correct..... because in the original pedigree posted, it lists Kenmilfore Brie as the dam of dog Kenmilltri Moonbeam... and of course a bitch born in 2004 can't have given birth to a dog born in 2003, not possible!
So I think I've gotten a bit muddled with my explaination above... either that, or the pedigree which was given to Auroan is seriously dodgy!!
Where'd I go wrong??
