Hi I was just wondering if anyone is related to Holly and I was also wondering if anyone has any idea about one side of the family as I can't find any info.

Parent

Sire: Trofarth Bobby of Poolehall
Dam Poolehall Cream Crunch

Grandparents

Sire: Oakhouse Obadiah
Dam: Telnores Trofarth

Sire: Poolstead Peanut Crunch
Dam: Rocheby Black Satin Gown

Dam:Great Grandparents

Sire: Rocheby Rolling Stone (Irish show Champion)
Dam: Oakhouse Oxalis (Oxalys not sure which is the right spelling)

Sire: Oakhouse Organist For Meadowline
Dam: Dutchess of St George

Sire: Poolstead Plan of Action SHCH
Dam: Poolstead Polly's Secret

Sire: Rocheby Whisky Mac SHCH
Dam: Rocheby Ritz of Bridgeford

Great Great Grandad Parents

Sire: Poolstead Pretentious At Rocheby
Dam: Rocheby Acorn SHCH

Sire: On the Move to Oakhouse
Dam: Phillipstown Royal Penny

Sire: On the Move to Oakhouse
Dam: Phillipstown Royal Penny

Sire: Tan of Darkpearl
Dam Cambrian Crystal (not sure the spelling is right)

Sire: Poolstead Pre-Eminent
Dam: Poolstead Prestige

Sire: Poolstead Pocket Picker SHCH
Dam: Poolstead Pineapple SHCH

Sire: Poolstead pretentious at Rocheby
Dam: Rocheby Acorn

Sire: Rocheby Sailing by SHCH
Dam Cambremer Royal Velvet At Rocheby

Most of the Grandparent and Great Grandparent I can find by searching on google and the Labradors database, however I can't find much or nothing out about:

Telynores Trofarth, Dutchess of St George, Tan of Darkpearl, Camrian Crystal.

I have the Hip Scores of Telynores Trofarth which states 3/4 but thats all.

Could these be labradors from aboard?

Any help would be great?

This is better than tracing my own family tree as at least I can find photo's of Holly Ancestors.

Thanks for any help in advance.

Hi Labfun, hopefully someone in the know will be along to help you soon, some members here have humongous databases, I`m not one of them, have traced CJ`s ped a good way back but have a huge gap as he has a lot of pet dogs in his lines Smile

Not closely related, but Charlie does have Poolstead Pocket Picker on the last line of his 5 Generation Pedigree. Very Happy

Sorry I can't help with any of your other questions. Sad

Telynores Trofarth is by Oakhouse Organist for Meadowline, out of Dutchess of St. George.

Dutchess of St. George is by Tan of Dark Pearl, by Cambrian Crystal. (Neither of these two dogs were hip scored, so my guess is they were pet dog litters)

Regards, John

Thanks John really appreciate you clearing that up for me, it's a shame really as I have tracked down some of the other's in her pedigree and even got photo's which is nice.

Tan of Darkpearl is by FTCH Haretor Mark of Drakeshead out of Milton Kim Very Happy

Were they definitely not hipscored, or is it just that they scored above the magic 8 - which the KC don't include in their dbase pre 1991 Rolling Eyes

Alison I haven't been in contact with the breeder yet however I have found out that she seems not to care when she has sold them (how sad). I do think Holly will go darker as her ears are darker. It's great to hear from you.

Thanks Sue that's great news I didn't realise that this dog was from Drakeshead, have you any other info.

If you want parentage / colour etc then sometimes I can help - but my database is very heavily weighted towards show and pet lines - if you want specific info on any of the working and show dogs - then JohnW is your man Wink

if I find any more links I will most definitely let you know - and hopefully JohnW will be able to fill in the gaps on some of the better know dogs Wink
